New Foodtruck in DC

On my back to the office, I saw a new food truck, CapMacDC. It is a pasta truck that sells Macaroni and Cheese. Here's the Twitter feed. Lobster, Cuban Sandwiches, and Mac & Cheese: Which doesn't belong on a food truck?

I'm going with b&c. I know food trucks are low brow but I can see why a food that needs to be fresh would be a good choice for a food truck. Food truck mac and cheese sounds like something you would say if you took too much Ambien.
